The launch of in-house processing center enables the RoyalBank to expand its card business, reducing transaction operation costs and cutting card time-to-market.
The processing system includes TranzWare Fraud Analyzer that monitors and prevents fraudulent transactions, ensuring the security of its operations.
Compass Plus said that the TranzWare processing system, PCI DSS and PA DSS compliant solution, effectively manages multiple remote service channels, such as enabling customers to settle payments and manage their finances using the internet and mobile devices.
RoyalBank customers will also have access to a various banking solutions, from traditional debit and credit cards to customized co-branding and loyalty cards developed specifically for the Azerbaijan market. The bank has 32 branches.
RoyalBank deputy chairman of the board Farid Ghasanov said that the launch of own processing center based on Compass Plus’ state-of-the-art comprehensive solutions will secure the control over the key card business management processes within the bank and significantly enhance the competitiveness in the market.
