Founded in 1989, Integral’s solutions are used at over 25,000 points of sale in the UK and Ireland.
Sage Pay, through Integral, will provide its customers with fully integrated multi-channel payment services.
The multi-channel payment services will enable the customers to accept card payments however and wherever they run their business.
The acquisition also allows Sage Pay to provide one single relationship to support bundled payment services to SMEs.
Sage Pay Europe CEO Simon Black said the team at Integral have established an outstanding Point of Sale card processing service that will enable Sage Pay to provide best-in-class multi-channel payment services.
"Sage Pay offers a unique service proposition in payments, and the acquisition of Integral offers even more value to our customers and business partners," Black said.
Sage Pay claimed the acquisition expands its offering of a range of connected payment services, and tightening integration with Sage’s accounting solutions.
As part of the acquisition, Integral will be rebranded as Sage Pay and 40 employees will be retained within the Sage Pay business.
