Apart from delivering more personalized services, the real-time video and audio connection technology will assist the customers to complete 95% of the teller services that can be done inside a branch.
The video-based interactive technology fully controls the Interactive Teller machine, enabling customers to perform secure transactions without using a traditional ATM card and can access cash in their accounts in amounts over the standard daily cash withdrawal limits.
Salin is also planning to install units in branch lobbies to reduce the queues during the rush hours and several more units in new locations in order to reach underserved areas.
