SmartVista MediaExtension provides multi-channel on-line customer support via the internet and self-service devices with the use of modern media technologies. It delivers interactive services through any ATM or self-service terminal, transforming it into a ‘mini-branch.’
BPC Banking Technologies claimed that SmartVista MediaExtension increases the value and use of remote delivery channels, enhancing customer service and loyalty and reducing the bank’s operating costs.

Moscow-based Sberbank has a countrywide branch network with 17 regional head offices and more than 20,000 retail outlets with about 261,000 employees in Russia.
Sberbank operates subsidiary banks in Kazakhstan and Ukraine. Under the new strategy, the bank plans to build a foothold in China and India and generate about 5% of net income outside Russia by 2014.
