The new mobile banking solution will allow members of USA Fed to use their mobile devices to access their accounts, pay bills and receive personalized text alerts, gaining greater control over their accounts and overall finances, the company said.

Carolyn James, chief information officer of USA Fed, said: “Our mobile banking is an invaluable resource for USA Fed members. We recognize that our members are constantly on the go and this service allows them the ease and flexibility to handle their credit union needs whether they’re in San Diego or half-way around the world.

“We chose to work with ClairMail because we needed a partner that could provide everything we need today with the ability to guide and support us as our mobile strategy and rollout matures.”

Pete Daffern, CEO of ClairMail, said: “USA Fed has a history of meeting their members’ needs whenever, wherever and however necessary. Their commitment to an extensible mobile banking rollout demonstrates their forward-looking commitment to growing along with member’s evolving mobile habits.”
