Wells Fargo has named Wayne Seaton as Head of sustainable public infrastructure for Wells Fargo Securities’ Public Finance Investment Banking group. Mr. Seaton is based in New York City. He has 15 years of experience in public finance and municipal securities.
In his new role, Mr. Seaton will seek to satisfy the capital markets financial needs of cities and counties, as they deal with the current economic downturn. As part of the solutions they offer, his team will consider sustainable technology and help municipalities finance ‘green’ public works projects.
